As a member, do you get email invitation from Tellwut for external surveys?

I receive daily email invitations from Tellwut for external surveys and I mostly rely on these invitations to fulfill my quota for external surveys. Lately, I have received multiple invitations for a particular health related survey that promises to pay $50 worth of TW points (it normally takes me up to 4 months to earn that much.) Did you receive this survey invitation with a generous payout from Tellwut?

"Incentive is paid to members who complete a short survey and register to the research sponsor's platform at the end of the survey." You will be asked to provide Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as your name, email address and UPLOAD A VALID GOVERNMENT ID. In the past, I did surveys that required me to allow them to record my eyes' movements through my webcam but uploading a government ID is NOT an option for me so I declined to participate in this survey. Would you participate in a survey that requires you to send your personal ID card to the site? (How can you trust that they keep your personal information safe?)

The last requirement is you must take the survey using a Smartphone which further prevents me from taking it. I do have a Smartphone but I don't take Tellwut surveys (both internal &external ones) on my Smartphone. How do you usually take Tellwut surveys?
