Results: Should the government reconsider all of those affected by Hepatitis C since now they contribute it to the immunizations we were given when we first enlisted?
Published on 11/19/2012
I am a veteran who was diagnosed with Hepatitis C after being in the military for ten years, and did not do any drugs, and did not have a blood transfusion. When I filed for a disability claim from the VA, it was denied because I could not prove that I had it while in the service, but those tests were not being done during the time I was in. Now there are millions of veterans who have been diagnosed with the disease.
