I was recently turned onto this method for the prevention and treatment of illness. I started my children on a dose daily. They recently started to get sick for the first time this cold/flu season, so I upped their dose to the recommended treatment dosage (4x daily) and they were better in less than a day. If you haven't tried this before, do you think you will look into it? Yes
