I never really understood the appeal of twitter. I had an account and barely used it in the first place, so deleting my account was an easy decision. I use Facebook a lot to stay connected to family and friends, keep up to date on local issues, fundraise, follow businesses i like to see what is happening with them, so it was a bit of a bigger decision to delete that account as my feed has become flooded with political nonsense and misinformation and hate since the human Cheeto got voted back in and Facebook removed any checks it had on posts. No matter how many times i choose not interested, they keep coming. So deleting that account took more work. Have you removed yourself from social media at all? Yes
