I took a flixbus from Toronto Airport to Chatham, Ontario which is a 5 hour trip & cost 50$ with wifi included. But their wifi was not available according to the driver, which is the only reason I paid for the trip. I've tried to get a refund for this but they only offered 20% off my next trip which I don't want as I don't ever want to use them again. Is this fair? Yes

It was a long 5 hour trip down the 401 with no use of my devices which was so boring & frustrating. I've tried emailing to complain of false advertising with no success. Do you have suggestions? Yes
