In the 1970's some people wore dog-eared blouses. There were even a few styles in men's shirts. The collars of these tops resembled the floppy ears of certain breeds of dogs, like beagles. What is your experience with dog-eared blouses and shirts?

There are many types of dog ears. The floppy, drop ears of hounds cover their ear canals, enabling them to focus on scent when chasing prey. Sounds are blocked out, and the ears even push smells to their noses. The upright and erect ears on dogs like German Shepherds alert them to sounds when on the hunt. Their full access to their ear canals lets them hear without restriction. In general, do you prefer the appearance of floppy ears or upright ears on dogs?
