1. Rain checks allow grocery store shoppers to secure advertised sale prices even when items are temporarily out of stock. Have you ever gotten a rain check at a grocery store?

2. When COVID hit and stores shelves were bare grocery stores in my area stopped issuing rain checks for sale items and now that COVID is over the stores still do not issue rain checks, they have silently discontinued issuing them. Have you noticed the same in your area?

I have never gotten a rain check, so I don't know if they still exist.

I have gotten a raincheck and yes I have noticed that rain checks no longer exist.
