Having wondered why I often saw rubber ducks on the dashboards of Jeeps, I decided to investigate. A craze that has swept over a dozen countries around the world began in Ontario with an act of kindness.
1. Allison Parliament had dual-citizenship. She drove back and forth between Alabama in the US (where she lived and worked) and her country of birth, Canada in her Jeep nicknamed "Cana Bama". Do you have dual-citizenship?
