I live in Canada and I am finding that a lot of our grocery prices have increased . I am trying to buy at multiple stores and always pay close attention to the flyers when I make my lists . Two of the stores I frequent have loyalty points programs and food rescue programs .
1. Do you look for sales on certain items and try to stock up on certain items that are on sale when you shop.

2. Do any of the stores you shop at have loyalty points card that gives you points and downloads for future grocery purchases

3. I found that more stores are starting to get aboard with food rescue programs . I have downloaded the apps to my phone (I have limited high speed internet on my phone as i only pay 14 dollars a month so I just use it for pickup and use my home wi-fi for ordering ) Have you ever purchased food from a food rescue program .
