1. Sometimes I meet a friend in the morning for coffee, we noticed LE drive by, then came the paramedics, next a crime scene van. Found out next day that a homeless woman with a brain tumor, who came our 'burbs from Skid Row (downtown L.A.) had passed away in her sleep on a bus bench. To my knowledge, nothing was said in the newspapers. I would like to give my paper the benefit of the doubt that they are looking for next of kin, first, but do you feel that she should have an obit (obituary article in the newspaper) just like every other citizen gets when passing away?
