If you checked off any of the above answers in questions 1 through to 3, congratulations, you just might be living a "gay" lifestyle. People who are in the LGBTQ community actually do have a lifestyle, and it is exactly the same as you and me. They have opinions, interests and behaviors just like you and me. They are exactly just like you and me, except they happen to be attracted to either people of the same gender, or identify as either a different gender than they were "assigned" at birth. That is the only difference. They can be wonderful people, or not, just like you and me. The only difference is that they do not look down on you for who you love. They do not discriminate against you based on who you are holding hands with or who you want to marry. I know this won't change the minds of some of you -- it's the same thing as trying to use a knife to cut through concrete. Just try and put yourself in their shoes for a minute and stop referring to it as "lifestyle". You can change your lifestyle, by educating yourself, finding a new interest or simply changing your mind. It is as impossible for someone who is gay to suddenly change who they are sexually attracted to as it would be for someone who is straight to suddenly be sexually attracted to someone of their same gender. Do you "get this"?
