Results: She Wants Him With A Dad Bod.

Are you currently married?

If you are married, has your spouse maintained the same shape/level of fitness s/he had at the time you both got married to each other?

If you're married and your spouse isn't in the same shape as when you both got hitched. is s/he at least in the same shape/level of fitness YOU are currently?

The above questions were inspired by a recent conversation with a male friend from my church who told me of how wife literally fattened him up some. Her reasoning, he told me, is that she not only finds him more attractive with some paunch (with five children over five births, they MUST find each other attractive!, yes?), but that she believes her husband would be less attractive to other women if they see him with both a wedding ring and extra pounds. She's apparently a good cook, and he's good with the arrangement. Does their situation make sense to you?

The only fault I can see with the logic exhibuited by my friend's wife--who looks to me quite height/weight proportionate for having had so many kids--is that if she likes her other half with a dad bod', she can't be the only woman who ilkes that shape in a guy. Regardless the shape your spouse or significant other, are you attracted to men with dad bods (or women with mom bods)?
