These days many people are stressed out and it doesn't take much to trigger road rage, rudeness, intolerance or other bad behaviour. I am a curmudgeon in that, when I see something that ticks me off, I would rather talk about it than change my behaviour because of it. There are some things that someone my age can be excused for being slightly angry about (but only slightly).

I want to find information, or get customer service, or get the best prices etc by using my laptop on a website rather than having to conform to the tiny screen on an app. Discounts should be based on what you buy, not what technology you use.

I don't play video games much but if/when I do I don't need special equipment that links to the internet and requires my personal information. Solitaire, Hearts, Free Cell, Mahjong - who needs more than that when stuck in a doctor's waiting room?

I discovered my new phone (3 years old but still new to me) does not allow me access to replace the battery. I apparently don't have the right to repair it. If I own it I should be able to open it and/or repair it.

When phoning for customer service (or even on a chat line) the company has software that tells them how many customers are trying to get through. They also know how many staff are available to answer calls and the average time a call takes. They can use this information to tell customers approximately how long they will have to wait to get through. Companies that do this get my repeat business. Companies that don't don't. They all should do this.

I got an email saying it was time to service my car. It was one of those non-reply emails and there was no link to the website in the email to book an appointment. Their web address is not easy to find unless you already know it. "GoKia.ca" and I was lookin for "Kia South MyCity" Why don't service departments make it easy to contact them or stop sending these emails??
