I'm a 40-year-old female who's been in an 8+ year relationship with a 39-year-old male. We have a 6-year-old daughter. During my pregnancy and ever since, our intimacy has gone horribly down. We’re only intimate 3–4 times a year now, and when it happens, it’s not very good or very long anymore. He's the one not wanting to be intimate. I tell him that our relationship isn’t in a very good place because of it, but he doesn’t believe me, and he’s not doing anything to fix the issue. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m ready to call it quits because I won’t cheat on him, but I need physical intimacy. I’ve told him this and nothing changes, so I feel like he doesn’t care and is just waiting for me to end things.
