There was a time when I was being treated for depression at this time of the year and I was told by one of my medical folk that Christmas time usually sees an increase in people seeking medical treatment for mental illnesses of one kind or another. 3. While happiness isn't solely a Christmas metric, countries consistently ranked as happiest globally, like Finland, Denmark, Iceland, and Sweden, are known for strong social support, work-life balance, and festive cheer, making them ideal spots for joyful Christmas experiences. Even though you can't visit there you can have a Scandinavian kind of Christmas. Which of the following will you try to do this Christmas?
