Results: What to do in Las Vegas?

I am going to Vegas next month. We are driving their from Canada, stopping at a couple of interesting spots along the way there and back. Devils Tower, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Crazy Horse Monuement. While in Vegas we haven't completely decided what we are going to do. What of the below should i do for sure? Any other suggestions in the comments would be great as well.

Absinthe? I heard some good things about this. Is this show something that really needs to be seen while in Vegas? Is it worth the cost? If you have an alternative that is the same type of show that is better can you put in in the comment box.

- Although to me it isn't a circus without bears, lions/tigers, and elephants!
- I've heard it's a wonderful show.
- All the shows are incredible. I don't know which ones are in Vegas right now, so can't recommend one over another.

Carrot Top? I haven't seen anything about him in years. I remember liking his standup style in the 80's. I have heard his show is popular, but is it good? Are there better comedy shows? Please recommend better comedy shows in comment box.
