A little over a week ago we had to have our 15 yr old kitty, Silly, put down. She had diabetes and we ordered her prescription cat food from Chewy.com. After her death I had to contact Chewy to cancel the autoship for her food. I spoke with Donald on the online chat feature and he quickly took care of the issue. He was extremely nice and even refunded the price of her last bag of cat food...$38. A few days later I received a delivery from Chewy. It was flowers and a very kind note.
