I personally feel cats should be kept indoors. For multiple reasons, including their safety and health. I do understand though that others feel their pets should be able to roam outdoors. If you allow your pets outside, have they been neutered or spayed? Yes

Where i live there is an overwhelming amount of stray, feral, and abandoned cats. The shelters are overflowing and there are not enough people to adopt them all. The main cause of this is not spaying or neutering an outdoor cat. I feel that veterinary costs for spaying and neutering a pet should be enforced by the government to the lowest costs possible to help curb the overpopulation of unwanted animals. Do you agree? Yes
