OK, I have a male cat who we have had problems with off and on since he pretty much hit puberty in Kitty terms. We used to have another cat, but I gave her away about a month or so ago and still have had two incidents of spraying. I know I should have him neutured, but I'm not sure. Since Jona(other ) has been gone, it has gotten a lot better but very selective, but then again it always has been sort of selective

I know it's marking their territory, but I'm trying to decide whether our cat likes my daughter or not seeing as every time she sleeps over I have to throw something out(I.e pillow, blanket, toys). There are two cats where she lives(with her dad and grandparents) so this could be the factor of him warding them off. However, she hasn't been here in two weeks and I just had to throw away yet another pillow two days ago. Do you think that he is claiming my daughter as "his human", or he just doesn't like her?

Our cat also does this to my boyfriends stuff, not as often as my daughters. This usually happens whenever he comes back from his parents in maryland. However, they do not have cats they have two dogs. Again, is my cat claiming my boyfriend, or warding off other animals?

This little fact I'm about to share is funny but gross at the same time. Every male animal I have ever had has peed on me at least once. Monte( my cat now) did it three times in a matter of hours one day after my boyfriend had given me a tender kiss bye when he left for work. I'm pretty sure Monte was staking territory on this one as I was the main person who interacted with him at this point in time. What do you think?
