Results: Part 3 of "if not for my TW money, I would never have discovered these bargain products."

The first items today are these waterproof boots. They look like Doc Martins but at $40 a pair 3 years ago they obviously were not Docs. However if I want I can look like a skinhead. I have the hair (or lack of) and the chunky boots they seem to like. Missing however is the love of anarchy. I checked Amazon and was stunned to see them listed today at over $700. At $40 was this a good deal?

This second item has been used for many reasons not listed on the website. It is listed as a Laser Infrared Thermometer, Non-Contact Digital Temperature Gun, -58℉~ 716℉ (-50℃ ~ 380℃) I used it to find where my water line to the RV was frozen, where I needed to apply more insulation, where cold air was getting into the house in winter (many places) and the temperature of places that were difficult or impossible to reach. It could be used to detect a fever but zapping someone with a Laser is not a good idea. At under $30 was this a good deal?

This 3rd item is "iffy." It is described as "Squeaky Dog Chew Toy for Aggressive Chewers Large Breed" It is "bacon" flavoured and there is a place where you are supposed to spread peanut butter or some other treat to encourage the dog to chew. I have a golden retriever, a breed whose sense of smell is legendary. They detect scents in the air rather than on the ground and can sniff out a peanut a mile away! The plastic smell of this toy overcame all of this and the toy has not been chewed or slobbered on since the day it arrived. No squeaks either. Should a "bacon" flavoured chew toy smell of bacon and not vinyl?

The 4th item or items is a collection of Hawaiian shirts. They were all ordered in XL size and the only one that hasn't shrunk is the one that is so garish that I rarely have the nerve to wear it. The more subdued ones that are my favourite show my six pack (several of them). Do you find that the clothing items you like the most shrink the most as well? Feel free to comment about my least favourite Hawaiian shirt.
