My gift card balance is running low - too few surveys and too much shopping. Nevertheless I got a "Mgaolo Fitness Tracker, Activity Tracker with Heart Rate Sleep Monitor, Waterproof Health Watch with Pedometer SpO2 Monitor, Step Counter for Men Women Compatible with iPhone and Android Smartphones for $25. I haven't worn a watch since I retired in 2012 and never one with all these features. Are they worth having?

The first feature is "All-Day Activity Tracking: With 11 sport modes to record my all-day activities, including steps, distance, calories. and a sedentary reminder. This thing could nag me all day (if I turned all these features on). Which ones would turn you on?

I would use the feature that counts the number of steps. Knowing how many steps (or how few) would motivate me to walk more.

Next we have the "Sleep Tracker & Silent Alarm Clock": This was the main reason I got this. I snore and, according to my long suffering spouse, I sometimes stop breathing. Sleep Apnea in other words. This seems to be a growing problem. This feature shows what my sleep pattern is and it has prompted me to seek medical attention. Which of these results would prompt you to do the same?
