Do you plan on participating in any of the October activities? Note: I know this survey is a bit long, but I'm trying to make it worth 10 points for everyone. It seems like even 3 or 4 questions are often resulting in only 5 points. Hope it ends up being worth it for you :-)

attended an Oktoberfest? (Sorry guys, I looked up the spelling & this is evidently the correct spelling - I know, it just doesn't seem right. I think it's something to do with the original big event being in Germany - so, the spelling is different than what I expected.)

Do you enjoy being scared (in a controlled manner - horror/thriller movie, haunted house, etc. - NOT like car accident or someone breaking into your house scared)?
Oddly enough, being scared does trip my trigger!

Sometimes. It kind of depends on what it is that's scary, how gruesome it is or is not, my mood, who I'm with, etc.

I don't know. Now that I think of it, I'm not sure that I've ever experienced anything like that.

Do you have 'child friendly' experiences available within a reasonable distance from where you live? (ex. a zoo within 45 minutes of me has an event with lighted paths, candy, food, the kids get to wear non-scary costumes, & it is a non-scare atmosphere. Some of the local churches offer events that provide games, crafts, treats, & activities for children.)
Yes, this is available.
