When I was my niece and nephew's ages, all I recall having gotten in my Easter basket is candy and fake grass. But it seems the Bunny has taken to satisfying more than ankle biters' taste buds in recent years...

Do you know of any children who received anything other than candy, such as toys or clothing , in or alongside their Easter baskets this year?
Yes, and I'm party to helping the, ahem, Easter Bunny in putting things apart from candy in their basket/s.

Yes, but I didn't abet the anthropomorphic furball in placing candy in any such baskets.

No, i've heard of things other than candy given out for the holiday lately, but I've not been party to it.

There aren't any children in my life where I'd know of what's left in Easter baskets for them.

Do you believe it's fitting and proper to include things other than candy in an Easter basket or as an adjunct to it?
Yes, celebrating Jesus Christ's resurrection &/or Ishtar should be about more than getting hopped up on processed sugar confections. Load up on the toys, clothing, etc., too! Or instead!

I don't celebrate the holiday, so I recuse myself from holding an opinion on the issue.

Wubble Bubble Balls remind me both of Slime, the gelatinous toy of the 1970s housed in its own garbage can, and the wall-crawling octopus toy that was a fad in the 1980s, Moreover, they remind me of the 1960s TV show The Prisoner, specifically the giant balloon that would bring Number 6 back to The Village most every time he tried to escape. Do you agree as to my impression of Wubble Bubble Balls?
Bingo! You've captured the essence of Wubble Bubble Balls, even if you've gone far afield of talking about Easter baskets.
