For the second time, in the past three years, a resident in my city has been arrested for a 247.5PC, which is pointing a laser at an aircraft while it's in the sky. The first arrest was a 19 year old boy, who pointed a laser at Burbank Police Helicopter. The 2nd arrest, just last week was a 58 year old woman who pointed a laser at an airplane.
