Cities specify that only household garbage should be put out for garbage collection. Items like old TV's, sofas, broken concrete, etc. should be taken to the garbage dump. Is there a problem where you live with people dumping inappropriate items into garbage bins? Yes, I see it all the time and it's terrible.
