Last June, Tofino, British Columbia resident Marcie Callewaert lost her wallet, after it fell out in the Pacific Ocean, while she was in her boat. She combed the area, snorkelled around where it had fallen to search for it, and hired a diver with Tofino Marine Services a few days later to comb a 3.7-square-metre area on the ocean floor for her wallet and its contents. This February, after months of beachcombing, she found her lost wallet washed ashore, filled with all her cash and cards in perfect condition. Have you ever found something after searching for it for months?

Cute story from Disney! Although it was kept a secret for nearly a decade, Mickey's voice from 1977 to 2009, Wayne Allwine, was actually married to Minnie's voice from 1986 to 2019, Russi Taylor. "When we got married, we kind of kept it quiet, because everybody was saying, 'Oh, Mickey and Minnie got married". After ending both of their respective marriages, the two got married in 1991 in Hawaii and they stayed married until Allwine's death in 2009. Taylor passed away 10 years later in 2019. Don't you think this is a sweet story?

In a totally unrelated bit of trivia, the speed of a computer mouse is measured in "Mickeys." Used by computer scientists and programmers, 1 mickey is the smallest measurable movement of a computer mouse, typically equal to 1/200th of an inch, or just over 0.1mm. The sensitivity of a computer mouse is likewise measured in mickeys-per-inch, while its speed is measured in mickeys-per-second. Did you know this?
