I used to do caterings at a restaurant I worked at. All the drivers would have to take their own vehicle but the tips would always be ours to keep. Sometimes the other employees who would take the orders would often expect a portion of our tips. How do you feel about this? It might be nice to tip them but shouldn't be expected. If the drivers take their own cars then it's their gas and work taking the food to the destination

I most likely wouldn't share my tips but it does depend how much they help me beforehand.

I would give them a small piece of the tip, it's the nice thing to do
