4. Have you ever encountered problems redeeming it online?
5. If you received a gift card that you had issues redeeming, how would you handle that scenario?
6. If you were the giver of the gift card and were made aware that the receiver could not redeem the card because it had apparently already been redeemed, how would you handle that scenario?
7. Have you ever had any luck/experience with resolving this type of an issue?
8. Was the outcome satisfactory? Were you awarded a refund for the cost of the card after proving with photos you have a receipt for the activation amont and the back of the card with bar code and claim code, ( Package had not been tampered prior to activation, when cashier pulled tab to access the bar code in order to activate the card).
9. If Customer Service supposedly investigated but came back with a generic email indicating the card had already been redeemed, would you settle for that knowing this was not true or that you had been sold a " scam card "
10. Any help/advice resolving this issue satisfactorily with a very large online company would be graciously appreciated . (Amazon.ca are you listening?)
