2. Orders will not be sent during these days we mentioned, as we will be unable to monitor them to ensure everything is working correctly. Please be sure to redeem your points before this period if you need a reward. Rewards will be sent on the days we are working as usual.

3. As it is the holiday season, there may be fewer surveys available, as many of our suppliers are not operating at full capacity and the need for holiday market research decreases. There may be times when no surveys are available. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, as availability depends on what our suppliers are offering at the time.
Do you plan to take any surveys during the holidays?
4. Members are required to complete an external survey every 5 days in order to maintain access to polls. During this time, there may be fewer surveys available, or we may be unable to change your status to "complete" if you had an issue with a survey and we are closed.
Please note that if you have no surveys available, or if you attempt all available surveys and are disqualified from them, you will still have access to the polls for that day. Do you plan to take the member polls during the holidays?
