Toby Keith passed away on Feb. 5th 2024. I still can't wrap my head around this one. I thought that he was doing so good especially since he started doing a few shows in December. I am still in disbelief!

Since his death, I have been consumed with trying to find all interviews he gave in the last few months to see if he gave any indication that the end was so close. All interviews point to "big plans for 2024". Have you been trying to find out, "what happened" when the future looked so hopeful for his return? Yes

A lot of people think singing "Don't let the old man in", at the People's Choice Awards in 2023 was an omen of what was to come, but in an interview, Toby Keith stated the song was chosen for him to sing, it was not what he planned to sing. He had actually wrote and recorded this song a few years back. Did you think singing "Don't let the old man in" at the awards show was his way of telling people, he time was near? Yes

Toby Keith has had so many hits. It would be hard to choose a favorite. Some of mine are, "Should've Been a Cowboy", Who's That Man", How Do You Like Me Now', "My List', Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue","Honkytonk U" and "Don't Let the Old Man in" I could go on and on, there are just so many great songs.
