These decades marked the early golden age of television. Just to note that reboots/remakes, sports, animated shows, game shows, TV specials, limited series, miniseries, soap operas (including telenovelas), news shows, talk shows (including late night), comedy skits, reality shows and some mature content shows are excluded from those lists. Also one-season shows and shows that are infrequently heard of won't be listed. There will be two winners, one from the 50s and one from the 60s. I did this to conserve time rather than spitting up and besides this is my last bracket for decades TV.
