Last year saw the arrival of $12 ketchup and mustard ice cream, sold-out croffles, and colour-changing soda on festival grounds, and this year will not disappoint. One of the big themes this year is Pink, a nod to both Barbie and the Pink Floyd exhibit featured at the CNE. Here are some of the 2023 offerings. Which ones would you try?
