Many mainstream self-help books, 'motivational' speakers, 'influencers', etc. promote the Instagram-worthy process shown here. While I enjoy yoga, green smoothies, gratitude journals and motivational quotes -- not only for healing from past traumas but as a healthy lifestyle -- I've personally found the non-Instagram way of healing just as cathartic and beneficial. What about you?
