Results: This can be a tough time of year for some people. One reason has its own special day "Blue Monday will fall on the 15th January 2024." It is not a cause to celebrate. It is a day where we may need something to enhance our mood. Here is my attempt.

In a previous survey I noted that SAD is a recognized medical condition that can't just be wished away or "snapped out of." I mentioned how effective boosting light levels was for me and how I use LED lighting to create daylight indoors. Laughter is also good medicine as is the occasional ration of chocolate. Here are some sample mood enhancers. Have a chocolate and a chuckle.

There are special SAD lights. They can be expensive. I have a cheaper solution. I bought 2 LED light strips (a 2 pack) for less than $40. They replicate sunshine quite well. So much so that I put white tape over them to soften the glare. I find the light energizes me. You might too. Will you at least consider it if you are feeling blue?
